Dan is the Vice-President, Legal Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer at Diagram. Prior to Diagram, Dan worked nine years at Fasken LLP on its corporate law team, with a focus on startups, venture capital and private equity. Dan advised investors and founders on business strategies and led many tech financings and exits. Dan was recognized in the 2022 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for her work in corporate law.
Dan holds a J.D./LL.B. degree from McGill University as well as a LL.M. - International Business Law degree from Université de Montréal. Dan also studied Chinese Law at Macau University of Science and Technology.
Dan is an active member in the Asian business community in Montreal. She is a regular guest speaker at different business organizations. Dan speaks English, French, Mandarin and Cantonese.
